Once built and fully operational, the renter is able to issue a bond and buy the facility from FLM based on free cash flow and operating income, and facility owners can help to lower healthcare costs. FLM also funds promising medical technology innovations, as well as investing or making gifts where appropriate to critical healthcare research.
