Green energy has latency and storage problems, and we need investment into transmission infrastructure and green energy storage. FLM specializes in investing in commercial and industrial sites that are currently vacant and may need environmental clean-up in order to be utilized. Cleaning up idle and potentially toxic industrial sites will rejuvenate low-income areas by attracting high-paying trade jobs to the community.
