Veteran Housing

Next to VA clinics, moves Vets from homeless to permanent housing

Temporary Supportive

On public land, 501(c)3 donations to help community efforts to bring women, children, and veterans off the streets for one year.

Permanent Supportive 

Transition to Permanent Supportive, spend on facilities that offer affordable permanent housing with services such as on-site laundry, counseling offices for VA, community meeting room, etc.

Workforce Development Housing

Affordable for police, firemen, public servants, and public service employees.

Low Income Housing 

Includes Lease and Rent to Own for families

Senior Independents

Providing additional community support and services that enable seniors to continue living alone, with all the benefits of living in the community.

Migrant Workers 

Also know as ‘assist rural’ programs we partner with.

Save affordable housing projects that have gotten into trouble, invest to finish the project, creating or saving jobs, and bringing them online.
